OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:  We dislike needing to have a cancellation policy. However, it is necessary for when we have expended time to prepare for the inspection and/or incurred travel expenses. We ask that you please provide notice of cancellation a minimum of 24 hours prior to the date/time of the inspection. If less than 24 hours but more than 2 hour notice is provided, a late cancellation fee of $75.00 will be due and payable. If the inspector is enroute or arrived onsite for the inspection, an onsite cancellation minimum fee of $125.00 will be due, plus $75.00 for the second and each additional hour onsite thereafter.
