About the Owner:​

Brian Hoefer is the founder and owner of HiTech Clarity Home Inspections. He has lived and worked in Redding and Red Bluff areas for more than 18 years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and has worked within the aerospace, computer information technology and real estate industries for over 39 years. He an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) credential (NACHI21121524), as well as Infrared Thermography certified. Brian is very knowledgeable in the areas of structural mechanics, building science, engineering technology, electrical systems, materials, thermography, and has great attention to detail.
